The Purpose of Yoga - Santosha for Your Health

What is Santosha and how can it help your health? Santosha is a moral observance (Niyama). Santosha literally means contentment or happiness. Yet, this is much more than a Dont worry, be happy guideline.

How often do people consider exercise, or diet, to be major factors, when they consider the state of their physical health? If you listen to any commercial on the radio or television, you will notice they address exercise and diet, almost exclusively. Physicians always mention exercise and diet as part of a preventative health program.

However, stress and happiness, are also major factors in good health. Too much stress can lower your resistance to allergies, pain, disease, and chronic illnesses. stress, anxiety, and anger can shorten your life, just as well as a poor diet and lack of exercise.

A person with a negative frame of mind tends to eat poorly and usually does not bother to exercise. When we are in a sad mental state, acid levels in the body and blood can rise, which may cause joint pain and lower our energy levels. Between poor eating habits, and the rise of acid levels in the body, the body becomes a breeding ground for all sorts of potential medical problems.

In comparison, people who are content, eat healthier and have a higher resistance to disease, as a result. Happiness will help people recover from illnesses much quicker, because they are in a positive frame of mind. With that said, happy people will live longer, simply because they are content.

Xbox 360 Repairs - Find Out The Truth About Xbox 360 Repairs Here

Over the last couple of months there has been a lot of discussion online and in the news about Xbox 360 Repairs. I have written this article to tell you a bit more about xbox 360 Repairs and also give you some knowledge as to why you may run into problems in the first place!

The main reason that there are so many places offering xbox 360 Repairs is because so many of these consoles suffer from the three red lights of death.

For those of you that havent heard of this it just means that your Xbox 360 has burnt itself out, or General hardware Error.

At this point there is not much you can do and it does mean that you should start looking for xbox 360 Repairs.

Here are a couple of things you should try first and it may just fix the problems:

  1. Keep the 360 well ventilated! The xbox has many high end gaming components inside that need a constant flow of air and if they get to hot the machine will shut down! You can minimise the risk of needing xbox 360 Repairs by making sure that you put the 360 outside a display case and keep it by a window or constant cold air flow!
  2. Another thing you can try which sounds a bit strange but can work is raise the power brick up off the floor! This does sound mad, but the power brick also has fans inside, and if you raise it up off the floor then it enables the fans to pump out more air on every side, thus keeping the power brick cool as well!

The above suggestions are only precautionary measures, and if you do find that you already have the three red rings of death then you will need to send the console off for xbox 360 Repairs!

I hope you found this article and the tips useful in preventing the 3 red rings and hope it saves your 360 from needing xbox 360 Repairs!
